Metropolitan Grigorije visited the Hilandar Monastery and served the Divine Liturgy

At the Holy Monastery of Hilandar, the Synaxis of the Venerable Fathers of Mount Athos was solemnly celebrated with an all-night vigil.  

His Eminence, Archbishop of Düsseldorf and Berlin and Metropolitan of Germany (Serbian Orthodox Church), Grigorije, served the Hierarchical Divine Liturgy that followed the vigil. The Very Reverend Archimandrite Methodius, Abbot of Hilandar, the Hilandar brethren, and members of the clergy and diaconate also participated. 

Near the end of the Liturgy, a koliva was blessed in honor of all the Venerable Fathers who shone forth through virtue and ascetic life on Athos. The celebration concluded with a festive meal in Hilandar’s refectory.
