The Feast of the Meeting of the Lord at the Holy Monastery of Hilandar

The Holy Imperial Serbian Lavra of Hilandar on Mount Athos solemnly and prayerfully celebrated the Feast of the Meeting of the Lord.

The festive all-night vigil and the Divine Hierarchical Liturgy in the Hilandar monastery’s Catholicon were presided over by His Grace Bishop Nektarios of London and Great Britain and Ireland, and concelebrated by the Very Reverend Archimandrite Methodius, the Hilandar brethren, and priests and deacons.

After the Liturgy, a festive meal was served to all present in the Hilandar refectory, followed by the chanting of a doxology.
