Day of the Cross and Epiphany in Hilandar in 2023.

In the Holy Imperial Serbian Lavra in Hilandar, the holidays of the Day of the Cross and Epiphany were solemnly and liturgically celebrated.
On the Day of the Cross, after the holy liturgy, a water consecration was performed at the monastery gate.
In accordance with the ancient Hilandar tradition, on Epiphany, after the liturgy, with the icon of the Mother of God “Trojeručica” and the Holy Cross, they went in procession to the cross on the southeast side of the monastery, where the water consecration is performed.
